Ayuntamiento de Móstoles
Primero.- Aprobar provisionalmente las Modificaciones Puntuales 1 a 11 y 14 a 15 del Plan
General de Ordenación Urbana de Móstoles, conteniéndose toda la documentación exigida en
la Normativa aplicable y se ajusta desde el punto de vista sustantivo, a la Ley 9/2001 del 17 de
julio, del Suelo de la Comunidad de Madrid, y la remisión del expediente completo referido a
las mismas a la Consejería de Medio Ambiente y Ordenación del Territorio a los efectos de la
aprobación definitiva de las citadas modificaciones puntuales del vigente P.G.O.U de
Móstoles:
1.- APROBACIÓN PROVISONAL DE LA MODIFICACIÓN PUNTUAL NO SUSTANCIAL DEL
PLAN GENERAL DE MÓSTOLES MT-1 POR LA QUE SE CORRIGE ERROR MATERIAL
RELATIVO AL NÚMERO DE SECTORES RESIDENCIALES
2.- APROBACIÓN PROVISONAL DE LA MODIFICACIÓN PUNTUAL NO SUSTANCIAL DEL
PLAN GENERAL DE MÓSTOLES MT-2 POR LA QUE SE CORRIGE ERROR MATERIAL
RELATIVO A LA FECHA DE PUBLICACIÓN DEL PG DE MOSTOLES DE 1985
3.- APROBACIÓN PROVISONAL DE LA MODIFICACIÓN PUNTUAL DEL PLAN GENERAL
DE MÓSTOLES MT-3 MT-12 MT-13 MT-14 MT-15 MT-16 POR LA QUE SE REGULA LA
